Cancellation Policy: As an independent business, last minute cancellations and no-shows can have a very negative effect on business earnings, and make it difficult or impossible to book in another dog during the allocated time. If we receive between 48 and 24 hours' cancellation notice before the groom, then we require clients to transfer half of the relevant groom fee. If we receive less than 24 hours' notice we kindly ask for the whole groom fee to be transferred to us before we can book in another slot. This is to protect our income.
